This is a photograph I keep on my desk. My sister’s husband Jeff, who succumbed to Cancer in 2008, is pictured with his two sons. In the course of his all too short life he provided a wonderful testimony to his family, friends, and everyone he encountered. The grace and dignity he displayed in the midst of the pain he was enduring is nothing short of miraculous. His boys had their heads shaved when Jeff lost his due to the treatment he received. This outpouring of love from the sons he adored is just one of the many examples of the impact for good Jeff had on those around him. Stephen is now a Golf Course Superintendent and Jarryd is an FBI Agent. They are carrying on their father’s legacy in a big way.
